Product Overview
Graphite-modified phenolic molding compound is a high-performance thermosetting material, formulated by blending modified phenol-formaldehyde resin with high-purity graphite filler and reinforced fibers. It integrates the intrinsic heat resistance (≥260°C) and electrical insulation of phenolic resin with the self-lubricating, low-friction, and wear-resistant properties of graphite. Designed for moving parts and harsh friction environments, it offers excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and reduced maintenance requirements, complying with ISO, ASTM, and RoHS standards.
